He keeps safety at the forefront, looks out for his fellow guides, and will always lend a helping hand (thanks for keeping the poison oak off our trails!). His confidence inspires trust amongst all types of participants. Catch Dalton at the lake with family on his days off!

Abby "Brownie Scout"

Abby is one of our bubbly and cheerful teammates who loves connecting with participants. Hailing from Ohio, she continues her guiding career in the beautiful Rogue Valley and always finds a way to make each tour feel like a memorable experience. If she isn't outdoors, Abby's probably jamming to music in her rv or at the theatre rehearsing for her next play!

Jonah "The Postman"

With experience at multiple zip parks and a Bachelor's in Outdoor Adventure Leadership, Jonah has amassed a wealth of knowledge about the technical and relational sides of the industry. His passion for adventure is contagious, and he loves sharing tidbits with participants to give insight on all facets of the tour. If you can't think of a zip nickname, Jonah has a list of WWE-inspired at the ready!

Hannah "Nanners"

Hannah is a fan of all things outdoor adventure. She is thrilled to have a job where she can actively connect with people, contrasted with hospital and at-home caregiving environments that she also works in. She has also been recently accepted into nursing school! Hannah's passion for health, adventure, and nature fuel her ambition and motivation to work toward her goals.

John "Fungi"

John is a student of SOU's Master's program in Outdoor Adventure Leadership where he has been acquiring and refining skills in numerous fields. He's an avid outdoor enthusiast, and his unique style of guiding leaves guests feeling at ease as though they are hanging out with a friend. If John isn't at work, good luck tracking him down - he is a true explorer at heart!

Johnny "Goose"

Guide

From Boston to Southern Oregon, Johnny is filling his days with adventure. In addition to zipline guiding by summer and ski patrol by winter, he is training to be a paramedic and just received his NREMT certification! Among Johnny's favorite pastimes are fly fishing, white water rafting, training at the gym, and going mock chicken on the back roads.

Ryan "Wac-A-Mole"

Ryan is one of our highly valued veteran guides who is always eager to jump in and support the team through all seasons. He typically spends his summers guiding raft tours on the Rogue, in addition to doing dad life and devoting time to mission work. Ryan is also mechanical engineer, and has even designed and patented some specialized outdoor equipment!

Meet Amari, our workplace assistant extraordinaire! Amari is responsible for keeping our office spick and span and ensuring our snack and drink supplies are fully stocked. With a keen eye for detail and a great sense of humor, Amari keeps our team running smoothly and always brings a smile to our faces!

Kelton "Soccer Mom"

ACCT Level 2 In-House Inspector | Trainer

Since 2019, Kelton has been a valued and integral part of the RVZA team. He's had his hands in all areas of park operations - from guiding to managing to now traveling the country as a third-party inspector! We miss having him in the office everyday, but are so excited to see the doors that have opened from his passion for adventure and safety.
