About Us

Rogue Valley ZipLine Adventures is a local business that started as a passion project to share the beauty of Southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley at new heights. As the only ZipLine tour offered along all 1381 miles of Interstate 5, RVZA is a perfect stop for road trippers, tourists, locals, and natives alike. The park sits upon 83 acres of historic gold mining property in Central Point, Oregon and is surrounded by stunning views of many local features, including Crater Lake Rim, Mt. McLoughlin, and Table Rocks. We zip through forest and over canyons of pines, firs, oaks, madrones, and a variety of other flora. Keep your eyes open for wildlife too – it’s not uncommon to spot deer, hawks, turkeys, turtles, lizards, butterflies, and maybe Bigfoot.

Your tour will begin with a 3-mile shuttle ride into the private park. Upon arrival at our replica gold mining town, find yourself immersed in local history. We have a gift shop stocked with drinks and snacks, necessities and accessories, and RVZA merchandise to commemorate your adventure. Your Zip Guides will lead the group through gear-up and triple-check each individual’s equipment before beginning the journey.

The course includes roughly a half-mile of total hiking throughout the duration of the tour. Although some of the walks include incline, your guides will have a “Dirt Taxi” available (weather permitting) if anyone needs assistance. This park was designed with accessibility in mind. If you have accessibility needs, pre-existing health conditions, or are questioning whether ziplining is a suitable activity for you, we strongly encourage you to call the zip office before booking.

The course is progressive-style, meaning that each of the five lines grows in length. Not only that, but with each line you will experience new views, thrills, and upgrades. Each ZipLine will start and end at ground-level, with the exception of one up-at-height platform that connects two zips back-to-back. Your certified Zip Guides will give an initial safety briefing at Line 1 and will introduce each of the following lines before zipping.

Our guides operate a closed-loop braking system at our park, therefore you are not responsible for braking yourself. They will be the only ones handling ZipLine gear and equipment. They are always eager to answer questions and talk about the systems that make our park great! With one guide at the start and one at the end of each line, you can focus on having fun and enjoying your air time to the fullest.

Along the tour, there will be opportunities to sit, to chat, to watch fellow zippers, and to take photos and videos. Please note, however, that there is not a way to accommodate observers in the park who are not participating. For further information on restrictions, concerns, and questions, see FAQ and Know Before You Go.

The Zip, Dip, & Sip Tour includes our ZipLine tour back-to-back rafting with Rogue Rafting Company back-to-back wine tasting at Del Rio Vineyards. Lunch and transportation included. Click here to read more about this seasonal day-long adventure!
