Abby is originally from Wellington, Ohio and has been enjoying life in the Rogue Valley for nearly six years. She brings prior guiding experience from Common Ground and she loves helping guests expand their comfort zone. If she’s not out hiking or climbing trees, you’ll find Abby acting on stage, moving in dance class, jamming to edm, or doing a Bible study with friends!

Babs "Cliffhanger"
Babs is a former Army infantryman with a passion for big adventures and even bigger personal growth. From climbing at Smith Rock to sea kayaking the San Juan Islands and surfing the Oregon coast, he’s always chasing experiences that challenge and inspire! With a steady hand, a love for life, and a knack for making people feel empowered, Babs brings positivity, purpose, energy, lots of laughs to every zip tour.

Beau "Flow Masta"
Beau grew up in the Rogue Valley, took a five-year detour to Portland, and came back to new open doors for adventure. He carries zipline experience from Lake Tahoe and currently balances zip guiding with yoga training, fitness coaching, and solar and electric work! In his free time, he’s vibing with his crew, making sick beats, helping his grandparents, and dreaming up a future community haven filled with friends, family, and good energy.

Cameron "Big Shrimpin"
Cameron grew up in Medford and recently returned to the Rogue Valley after living in Eugene, bringing a love for the outdoors and years of Dutch Bros energy with him. When he’s not guiding, he’s probably skiing, rock climbing, or scouting out a new river or mountain to explore—he’s already completed the Pacific Crest Trail and has his sights set on the rest of the Triple Crown!

Chris "Champagne Papi"
Chris is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and brings a wealth of adventure stories with him! By day, he takes on thrills like rock climbing, caving, and white water, and by night, he rests and recoups with Squishmallows and anime. Currently a professional job hunter and interviewer, Chris dreams of becoming an professor of the outdoors and uncovering the legendary One Piece.

Dalton "Short Stack"
Dalton is a seasoned and hardworking guide who brings the same dedication and focus to the zipline as he does to his main job in construction, working high up on roofs. He’s all about safety, looking out for the team, and making sure every guest has an awesome time. On his days off, you’ll usually find Dalton cruising on his motorcycle or hanging out at the lake with his family, soaking in some well-earned chill time.

Gina "Tooth Fairy"
Gina is a Rogue Valley native who recently returned home after college and has brought home stories to tell (ask her how she got her zip name)! With previous zipline experience at Mt. Bachelor and a love for snowboarding, kayaking, and mountain biking, she’s always chasing her next outdoor thrill. And when she's not out and about, she’s probably at home doing something fun and artsy, like sewing or painting!

Hannah "Nanners"
Hannah is a Medford native who’s called the Rogue Valley home her entire life. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing. She’s working toward becoming a flight and ER nurse—and fun fact: she’s a second-degree black belt who can breakdance!

Makayla "Mak N Cheese"
Makayla grew up in Phoenix, Oregon and hasn’t stopped exploring the Rogue Valley since. She’s a soccer-playing education major at Warner Pacific, a zip and raft guide in the summer, a race ski instructor in the winter… and a full-time FUN time! Whether she’s on the zips, the slopes, the trail, or the soccer field, Makayla always puts her best foot forward in everything she does!

Jonah "The Postman"
Jonah is an Outdoor Adventure Leadership grad who brings loads of knowledge and passion to every zipline tour. When he's not at the park, you might find him jamming bass and drums to groove metal, fly fishing, enjoying his WWE collection, or finding hidden backroads around Ruch. As he continues growing his roots in the Rogue Valley, Jonah provides support, stability, and heart to the team.

Jordan "The Specimen"
Jordan is a Grants Pass local who spent nearly a decade in the military before returning home. In addition to zip guiding (and yes, he holds the record for quickest zipline retrievals!), he trains dogs and practices gunsmithing. Jordan is a fan of everything active— weightlifting, shooting, pickleball, rock climbing, and enjoying some good ole adventure time with the boys.

Lucy "Twinkle Toes"
Lucy is from the Bay Area but has called Grants Pass home since age nine. She’s the Color Guard and Dance Team Director at GPHS, where she coaches one of the most well-known and award-winning programs in the state—she also consults with teams across Oregon and as far as Japan! When she’s not creating dazzling routines, she’s making art, catching a live show, or planning her next big thing—like getting scuba certified!

Ryan "Wac-A-Mole"
Ryan is one of our most experienced and dedicated guides, known for his steady leadership and willingness to step up whenever the team needs support—rain or shine. In the summer months, he splits his time between guiding raft tours on the Rogue River and enjoying the adventure of fatherhood. Outside of guiding, Ryan is passionate about mission work and regularly volunteers his time to support meaningful causes. With a background in mechanical engineering, he brings a creative edge to the outdoors and has even designed and patented his own specialized adventure gear. His mix of technical skill, outdoor expertise, and heart for service makes him an invaluable part of our team.

Steve "Italian Stallion"
Steve has been with the park since it first opened in 2011 and with decades of outdoor leadership under his harness, consider it an honor to have him as your guide. Born in Grants Pass (in the year of our LORD 1980, as he proudly puts it), Steve’s journey has taken him to Canada, Ireland, Mexico, across the PNW, but most importantly, rooting here in Southern Oregon as a wilderness skills instructor, Christian camp leader, climbing coach, inspector, guide, and the driving force behind RCC’s Outdoor Adventure Leadership undergrad program. His home life is just as full of adventure, including hiking, camping, and river time with his wife and daughters. With Steve, every zip tour comes with a side of storytelling and serious know-how.

Kelton "Soccer Mom"
Since 2019, Kelton has been a valued and integral part of the RVZA team. He's had his hands in all areas of park operations - from guiding to managing to now traveling the country as a third-party inspector! We miss having him in the office everyday but we are thrilled to see the doors that have opened from his passion for adventure and safety.

Amari "Mar Far"
Meet Amari, our workplace assistant extraordinaire! Amari is responsible for keeping our office spick and span and ensuring our snack and drink supplies are fully stocked. With a keen eye for detail and a great sense of humor, Amari keeps our team running smoothly and always brings a smile to our faces!

Lindsey "Winehouse"
Lindsey Rice is a Rogue Valley native, adventure organizer and travel enthusiast, and the powerhouse behind Rogue Valley ZipLine Adventures—an award-winning destination named #1 Fan Favorite in Oregon. As a mom, community leader, and true jack of all trades, Lindsey tackles everything from forest management of the 83 acre zip park to the business management of leading her exceptional zip team. Outside the zipline world, she volunteers with the Travel Medford Tourism Council, Rogue Valley Mentoring, the Central Point Arts Commission, and supports the Crater Girls Wrestling Team as their biggest fan and parent volunteer. When she’s not at the Zip Park or attending a local fundraiser, you’ll find her traveling, cheering at wrestling matches, or recommending the best of Southern Oregon—like Crater Lake, Table Rock, The Oregon Caves, and of course, the full-day Zip, Dip & Sip Tour. Her favorite local eats include: Pomodori, Paisanos, Tap & Vine, Bella Union, The Phoodery and Kaleidoscope Pizza.
